Crossroads Inlet Centre Hospice

10-bed hospice residence that allows individuals to live their final days with peace and comfort in a home-like setting where family, friends, and pets are welcome. Individuals must be receiving Fraser Health Palliative Care Services through a referral from a physician or health care professional. The Palliative Care Team will conduct an assessment and determine eligibility for palliative care services including admission into Hospice. Offered in partnership with Fraser Health.
