Culture Connections Social Mentoring Program

Connects newcomers, who are 18 years and older, with volunteer mentors to help them learn about Canadian culture, practice English, and feel more connected to the community. Newcomers and mentors meet individually at mutually convenient locations and times. Program also offers group activities. Permanent resident card requested for appointments. Provides services by phone, email, and online. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
