Delta Community College

Offers high school completion classes (in-person or online), the Foundations adult basic education curriculum (skill-building in English, math, and computers), and English Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes in North Delta. Continuous intake for Foundations and LINC during the three terms that run from September to June. High school completion classes and Foundations is free for Canadian citizens; the LINC program is free for newcomers to Canada. Placement of new LINC students is determined by testing administered by the Surrey Language Assessment Centre.
