Detox Program

Provides a medically safe residential program for clients ages 15 and older who are detoxing from drugs and alcohol, including methadone. Services include assessment, withdrawal management, and crisis intervention counselling. Average length of stay is five days. Operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is staffed by physicians, nurses, and detox workers. Serves BC, with a priority to individuals from Interior Health (including Thompson, Cariboo, Shuswap, Okanagan, Kootenay Boundary, and East Kootenay regions).
