Service Description

Provides workshops in digital literacy for low literate adults and newcomers. Training addresses digital skill development for employment, privacy literacy, critical literacy for social media, and digital media for parents. Trained volunteers provide internet access and learning support on-site and at mobile cafes. Serves Vancouver, Burnaby, and New Westminster. Offered in partnership with Burnaby Neighbourhood House (BNH) and the Faculty of Education at Simon Fraser University (SFU).
