Dignity Counselling Services

Offers individual counselling to self-identified women and LGBTQQIA2S+ individuals age 14 and over with various mental health experiences, including trauma and violence. Also offers counselling support to family members and witnesses of trauma and violence. Counsellor modalities include EMDR, somatic experiencing, and art therapy. Fee of $100 is charged per session. Approved as a Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) counselling agency. Counselling hours are days and evenings Monday to Saturday in Newton, and 9:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday in Whalley.
