Dignity Counselling Services

Offers individual counselling to individuals age 14 and over with various mental health experiences, including trauma and violence. Also offers counselling support to family members and witnesses of trauma and violence. Counsellor modalities include EMDR, DBT, narrative therapy, somatic experiencing, and art therapy. Fee of $100 is charged per session. All counsellors are approved for Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP). Can also accept FNHA- and ICBC-funded clients. Counselling hours are days and evenings Monday to Saturday in Newton, and 9:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday in Whalley. Virtual and phone sessions are available
