Service Description
Five-bed duplex for individuals with a mental illness and those concurrently managing mental health and substance use disorders as they transition from supported community living to independent housing. Residents are responsible for shopping, cooking, and general upkeep. Referrals through Burnaby Mental Health Services. Intake hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Fraser Health.
