Early Childhood Development (ECD)

Provides programming for families and children from birth to six years of age. The Early Childhood Development Outreach Worker Program supports parents with children up to six years of age through home visits, parenting workshops, opportunities to meet other parents, and assistance in achieving family goals; offered in Delta and Surrey. Prenatal Health Circles emphasize prenatal wellness and nutrition. Family Drop-In is offered from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, where parents, grandparents, and children can socialize, network, learn about community resources, and participate in Aboriginal culture; lunch is provided. Family Night is held on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
