Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) Program

Service Description

Provides early identification and treatment for people age 13 to 30 with definite or possible untreated psychosis. Provides assessment and treatment, promoting recovery to help people with psychosis lead full lives. The program assesses, suggests ways to cope (including medication), helps families understand and cope, and provides counselling so clients can stay well and live a full life. Also provides groups where clients can meet other people with similar experiences, learn skills, and get support with finding work, attending school, making friends, and dealing with daily chores. Accepts self-referrals. Clients must be living in Richmond or Vancouver. Hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
