Service Description
Provides a safe drop-in space to discuss mental health and wellness, seek support, foster friendships, develop coping and life skills, and connect with community. Also offers low cost meal programs, recreation programs, education, virtual programs, and employment assistance. Referral required from a general practitioner or mental health worker.
