Provides hybrid employment and training programs for youth and young adults. Combines classroom fundamentals with on-the-job training for people experiencing personal barriers to employment. Services include assessment, paid work placement, and skills enhancement. Topics covered include resume preparation, interview and job search techniques, computer skills, and general life skills. Employment Now serves those who are ages 16 to 29 and have mental health challenges. Youth Employability Program serves those who are ages 15 to 30 and face barriers and/or need assistance to find employment.
