Service Description
Provides information and assistance with the transition from youth to adult services for individuals with disabilities and their families and caregivers. Also provides information and assistance to job seekers and employers through individual consultations, job clubs, group information sessions, and workshops. Referral required by Community Living BC (CLBC) at 604-981-0321. Serves North Vancouver and West Vancouver, as well as Bowen Island and Lions Bay. Office hours are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
