EmploymentWorks Canada (EWC) is a 12-week pre-vocational program that offers employment preparedness training for individuals with barriers to employment such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).The program focuses on developing the soft skills necessary to maintain long-term employment. Addresses areas such as self-development, social and communication skills, organization, and confidence building. Go Group is a multi-venture social enterprise initiative that provides vocational skills building and work experience to youth and young adults with intellectual barriers to employment. Employment is available in landscaping, business, custodial services, cafe services, and more.
