Service Description
Independent body with the legal authority to conduct appeals of decisions made under the Employment Standards Act. Adjudicators are appointed to consider the evidence as independent decision makers, and their decisions are final and binding. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
