Energy Saving Kit

Provides a free kit containing products that enable users to reduce home energy consumption and utility bills; includes items such as LED bulbs, weatherstripping, and high efficiency showerheads to help seal up drafts, save on lighting costs, and reduce water use. Offered to BC Hydro and City of New Westminster customers in low- and moderate-income households; interested parties can check the online income qualification table to determine eligibility, and apply online or by phone. Customer service hours are 7 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 5 pm Saturdays.
