Family Law Advocacy

Program delivered by legal advocates specializing in the area of family law. Advocates can assist low-income and vulnerable clients with common family law related issues, such as separation/divorce, child and spousal support, parenting time and responsibilities, property and debt matters, as well as child protection. Services include information, advice, and referrals, as well as representation where appropriate. Funded by the Law Foundation of BC.
