Service Description

Mediation helps resolve conflict and disagreements between parents on decisions that affect their children. Without going to court, trained mediators help parties make joint decisions about parenting arrangements and responsibilities, child and spousal support, property division and other important matters. The service is voluntary, free and confidential. Both parents must agree to take part. Individuals can request this service or may be referred by the court or other service providers. Meetings can take place in person, by phone, or videoconference. Hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
