Family Practice Maternity Service

Provides maternity care and coordinates health care during pregnancy, birth, and up to six weeks after delivery to women in the Vancouver area. Also offers personalized care and support to women who have had a previous caesarean section and women with addictions; provides referrals to specialists when needed; and coordinates the efforts of other practitioners. Connecting Pregnancy Group Prenatal Care combines medical care and prenatal education in a group setting; health check-ups are combined with education and support from other members of the group.
