Service Description
Administers the common law and civil law legal systems. The court hears both criminal and civil cases. Reviews decisions of all federal boards, commissions or other tribunals, and hears cases where federal legislation provides for the right of appeal or review in the court. The court also hears cases where relief is claimed against the Crown. Local court office is open 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
