Offers short-term emergency financial assistance for people living with HIV/AIDS who have limited incomes, and who have exhausted other community and government options. The fund supports clients to replace lost or stolen ID; make damage deposits or cover moving expenses; pay rent or utilities in the case of lost income; purchase bus passes, or get medication. Priority is given to those in financial need. A budget and a care plan are developed. Supportive documentation is required.
