Service Description

Offers 129 units of low-barrier supportive housing for adults with a history of homelessness and who have few housing options. Priority is given to individuals who live in Mount Pleasant or the Downtown Eastside areas, including those with chronic health conditions such as mental illness and/or drug addictions. Staff assist residents to achieve skills such as cooking, budgeting, schooling, work programs, keeping appointments, taking medications as required, basic hygiene, laundry, and harm reduction techniques. Eight suites are wheelchair accessible. Rents are subsidized by BC Housing. Funding from BC Housing, Vancouver Coastal Health, the Province of BC, and the City of Vancouver.
