Service Description

Offers community drop-in programming on Mondays and Wednesdays. Oatmeal served from 10 am to 12:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Free food items offered at the community fridge and pantry located inside the Neighbourhood House on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 12:30 pm. Also offers nutritional outreach programming through Smoothie Tuesday and Banana Beat Wednesday on welfare Tuesdays and Wednesdays each month.
