Service Description

Serves free meals at 11 am Monday to Friday, and at 4:15 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Free meal tickets are given out 15 minutes prior to opening; up to 400 meal tickets are handed out.
