Service Description
By correspondence, offers a self-paced, distance learning version of the FOODSAFE Level 1 program. Teaches the skills necessary for proper food handling and preparation techniques, as well as how to follow appropriate safety measures to prevent food-borne illness. Registration form is available online. Fees are charged. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
