Friendly Calls

Matches people over the age of 18 with trained Red Cross personnel who connect with them regularly by phone to check in, provide emotional support, encourage healthy coping strategies, and suggest well-being resources and community connections to other existing services. Calls are scheduled in advance. Service is available in French. Call toll-free to sign up from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, or visit the online sign-up form. Available across British Columbia and Yukon.
