Future Planning Tool

Free online tool that provides individuals with disabilities and those who support them with the resources to help plan for the future; available for residents of BC and Ontario. Covers topics that include personal, financial and estate planning; housing; taxes; and personal support networks. Also includes an online directory of resources and tools that users can use to support the implementation of their personal plan. Connects users to existing community supports and organizations to help them through the planning process. Available in English and French. Funded in part by the Government of Canada.
