Game Break Self-Exclusion Program - Kamloops Office

Service Description
Individuals experiencing difficulties due to gambling can sign a contract to voluntarily exclude themselves from commercial bingo halls, all venues with slot machines, and/or BCLC's online gaming site for six months, one year, two years, or three years. Self-exclusion enrolment, extensions, or re-enrolment can be done:

- In-person at a BC Casino or Community Gaming Centre (speak to any casino staff member or GameSense Advisor to learn how to sign up).
- In person at the Kamloops BCLC office. Call customer support at 1-866-815-0222 for more information or to set up an appointment.
- Virtually with a BCLC GameSense Advisor. Call BCLC GameSense Advisor Program at 1-866-815-0222 and press prompt '3' in the main menu to speak with a GameSense Advisor or to book an appointment at a BCLC office.
- Online on PlayNow.com or the BCLC Lotto! App. In your account menu, go to 'Take a Game Break' and follow the on-screen instructions. (This method will only exclude you from gambling online and via the app.)
