Garratt Wellness Centre

Offers specialized programs, education, and resources to help individuals manage their chronic care needs. Team includes clinical educators, dietitians, nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, support staff, fitness instructors, and facilitators. Services include nutrition counselling, chronic disease management, exercise programs, support programs, and community kitchens. Free interpretation service is available for various languages; must be pre-booked. Hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Provided in partnership with City of Richmond.
