Service Description
Provides free medical advice, social support, post-op care, and hormone and surgical readiness assessments to all ages of gender questioning, gender diverse, and transgender individuals. Open referral. An appointment is required. Serves residents of Chilliwack, Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs, Hope, and Fraser Canyon.
