Residential care facility for adults ages 19 and up with severe physical disabilities and long-term complex health care needs who require 24-hour care; equipped to meet the needs of residents with spinal cord injury, ventilator dependency, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, and cerebral palsy. Services include nursing and personal care, medication administration, meals, laundry service, and social and recreational activities. Referral required from Home Health office following a health care needs assessment; do not contact the facility directly. Monthly rate is up to 80 percent of client's after-tax income. The Stan Stronge Therapeutic Pool offers aquatic programs for adults and children with disabilities from the community, Monday to Saturday; physician referral is required.
