Good Samaritan Pioneer Lodge

Provides affordable, semi-independent, subsidized housing for low-income seniors and people with disabilities who may require assistance with day-to-day activities such as medications, bathing, or life skills. Housing is for people who are able to make the range of decisions that allow them to live safely in a supportive, semi-independent environment. Accommodation fee is 70 per cent of the resident's net income. Admission is through Interior Health Authority (IHA). Housing program is registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health. Funded by Interior Health Authority (IHA), and BC Housing.
