Grandview Towers

Provides semi-independent housing for seniors age 55 and older who require assistance with day-to-day activities such as medications, bathing, or life skills. Housing is intended for people who are able to make the range of decisions that allow them to live safely in a supportive, semi-independent environment. Staffed 24 hours a day. Apply directly to housing provider. Residential program registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health. Funded by BC Housing.

Also provides subsidized, independent housing for low-income seniors whose gross household income is below BC Housing's Housing Income Limit. Apply directly to housing provider; application forms are available online. Partially funded by BC Housing.
