Grief Support Group is an eight-week group for adults who have experienced loss. Breastfeeding and Postpartum Group is open to all parents to find success in breastfeeding and to discuss with and support each other in new-parenting challenges. Parent-Child Mother Goose is a participatory group experience incorporating songs, rhymes, and stories to help parents connect and respond to their children's feelings and attempts to communicate. Rebuilding Relationships in Farsi is for Farsi-speaking men who want to eliminate their abusive behaviour in relationships. Rebuilding Relationships is open for all men who want to eliminate their abuse behaviour in relationships. All groups are free of charge but require pre-registration by emailing or calling intake.
