Provides court support, community healing, community-level justice, and a proactive approach to healing with a focus on long-term community wellness. Circles include healing/talking, circle sentencing, conferencing, diversion, and local Justice of the Peace. Develops positive relationships within the community and provides education about justice alternatives. Justice Committee is made up of representatives from Village of Haines Junction and Champagne and Aishihik First Nations.
