Administrative tribunal that provides an independent review of decisions made by the self-governing colleges of designated health professions regarding the registration of their members and the timeliness and disposition of complaints made against their registrants. Aims to provide a neutral forum for members of the public as well as for health professionals to resolve issues or seek review of the colleges’ decisions.
