Service Description

Shared Living is a residential option in which an adult with a developmental disability shares a home with a family, couple, or roommate in the community who is contracted to provide ongoing support. The Supported Living Network assists people with disabilities to live independently at home and in the community through daily living support in areas including self care, home maintenance, and social integration. Services include meal planning and cooking assistance, financial planning and budgeting support, tenant advocacy, and health care navigation. Referral required from Community Living BC (CLBC). Staffed Residential Homes provide highly personalized, 24-hour care for adults with disabilities. Referral required from Community Living BC (CLBC).
