Residential option where an adult with a developmental disability moves into and shares a home with another individual, couple, or family and receives support when requested/needed. 24-hour daily support is available and may include assistance with self-care, relationship building, meal preparation, enhancing life skills, and accessing community resources and service. Funded by Community Living BC (CLBC); referral required. Serves North Thompson Valley (Avola, Barriere, Birch Island, Blackpool, Blue River, Clearwater, Darfield, Little Fort, Louis Creek, McLure, and Vavenby). Office hours are 8:30 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
