Homeless Outreach Program (HOP) - Hope

Outreach program for challenging-to-house population who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Aims to assist clients secure and maintain permanent housing. Residents are encouraged to develop life and social skills in order to transition towards living independently. Offers a cafe, co-op garden, shuttle service, volunteer opportunities, peer mentorship, case management, legal advocacy and referrals. Serves Hope.
