Service Description

Provides wraparound outreach services to people of Indigenous descent (families, single men, and single women) who are homeless (for six months or more, or have had three episodes of homelessness in the last year), or at risk of homelessness. Uses the Medicine Wheel concept to help individuals access rental housing in the private market through support services such as referrals to housing options, information on other housing subsidies, housing search assistance, and liaison with landlords; rent subsidies may be available to support this process. Provides links to culturally appropriate services, as well as referrals to other support such as health care, counselling, and addiction recovery services. Serves Vancouver. Hours vary.
