Service Description

A 16-unit, low-barrier, supportive housing residence with wraparound supports for individuals 18 and older experiencing chronic or episodic homelessness, who may have mental health or substance use challenges. Services are trauma-informed and culturally-appropriate and include life-skills development, goal setting and community inclusion, mental health and wellness support, support for independent living, and harm reduction resources and knowledge. Accepts all genders. Two units can accommodate partnered couples.
