Service Description

Offers a drop-in centre and community-based services where youth ages 13 to 18 can access resources, programs, and services for their health, development, and well-being. Services include access to food, clothing, and personal hygiene products. Youth can socialize with staff and peers, participate in recreational activities, and access one-to-one and group support, advocacy, information and referral, and shower and laundry facilities. In partnership with Burnaby School District, the HUB School provides educational services for secondary students who have disengaged or withdrawn from school. Provides wrap-around support to help students be successful academically, socially, and emotionally. Located outside of the centre is a low-barrier Community Fridge where individuals can take grocery items or leave donated items. Open to all members of the community.
