ID Replacement Clinic

Supports residents of New Westminster to replace or obtain personal identification. Services include assistance with birth certificates, drivers licenses, personal health cards, and/or Social Insurance Number (SIN) which may have been lost or stolen. Provides safe storage for identification documents. Also provides clients with an address to receive mail. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday; after-hours access is through an outreach worker or the mobile health van. Funded by the City of New Westminster through the At-Risk and Vulnerable Populations Task Force.
