Indigenous Mental Health Liaison - Fraser South

Offers in-hospital and community support to help Indigenous people and their families access culturally appropriate mental health services. Patient navigators work directly with mental health workers to help patients understand and navigate the health care system, as well as provide assessment, counselling, and referrals to community services. Services are at no cost. Serves Delta, Langley, Surrey, and White Rock. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
