Service Description
Offers outpatient community support to help Indigenous people and their families access culturally appropriate mental health services. Patient navigators work directly with mental health workers to help patients understand and navigate the health care system, as well as provide assessment, counselling, and referrals to community services. Serves Mission and Abbotsford. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
