Indigenous Primary Health and Wellness Clinic - Guildford

Offers nurse practitioners who work with other health professionals to meet the primary health care needs of Aboriginal peoples. Provides assessment, diagnosis, and management of common illnesses and disease including diabetes, high blood pressure, and depression. Services include physical exams, routine health screening, prescriptions, ordering tests, and referring clients to specialists, and health promotion and education. Medical Services Plan (MSP) coverage is not required for basic services, but is required for others. Services provided in partnership with Fraser Health. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
