Indigenous Primary Health and Wellness Clinic - Whalley

Provides a range of services to address the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit individuals and families. Services include medical exams, traditional wellness support, health and wellness education, routine health screening, and assessment, diagnosis and management of common illnesses and disease including diabetes, high blood pressure and depression. Also offers referrals to housing, financial, and legal supports. Serves Surrey. Hours are 9 am to 7 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and 9 am to 4 pm Wednesdays and Fridays.
