intercultural Online Health Network (iCON)

A community-based health promotion initiative that empowers multicultural patients and families with the skills and knowledge to better manage chronic diseases, navigate primary care, and use digital tools to support their health. Services include skill-building workshops, webinars and public health forums, as well as web-based information and resources in multiple languages including Cantonese, Mandarin, Punjabi, and English. Led by UBC Digital Emergency Medicine and supported by the BC Ministry of Health Patients as Partners initiative.
