Interpretation Service

Accredited and professional interpreters provide province-wide service in over 50 languages to both private and public sector organizations including lawyers, hearings, tribunals, community agencies, government departments, social workers, and medical professionals. Interpreters provide assistance accessing services. Also offers interpretation to private individuals and entities for one-to-one interviews, group settings, and conferences. In most languages, service can be provided within two days. Also offers 24-hour Emergency Interpretation Services on site or by conference call. Fees are charged. Agencies must call to set up an account. Services are primarily available remotely by video conference or by phone. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday; telephone hours are 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
