It's Up to You Recovery - Surrey

First-stage supportive recovery homes for 36 men who are dealing with an addiction. Although in-house services include 12-step meetings and individual counselling, men are also required to attend 12-step groups and have a counsellor in the community. Services also include acupuncture and Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART). Minimum stay is four to eight weeks, and maximum stay is up to three months; if ready at two months, men are transferred to second-stage housing. Per diem rate is $30.90. Referral accepted from self or other, including methadone maintenance clients wanting to deal with other addictions. Recovery house registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health. Office and intake hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
