JHSBC Record Suspension Program

Offers administrative support and financial assistance for application fees to people navigating the Parole Board of Canada's (PBC)?record?suspension/pardon application process. Goal is to help simplify the process and remove any barriers individuals may have to completing the application. To be eligible for a pardon or?record?suspension, individuals must have completed the mandatory waiting period as determined by the date of their first offence. Case Managers are?available for in person support in the Lower Mainland and in Prince George and can provide virtual and distance support to individuals throughout BC.
